BT Administrators encountering account or access difficulties should contact the SASM team using the following URL http://system-access-security.intra.bt.com

 

To ensure you are connected to someone who can deal with your problem, use the list of contacts below to determine who to call:

  1. Each customer has an in-house administrator for RIDE access, you should contact your own administrator and discuss the problem with them first. Your in-house administrator will be able to help you re-set your password.
  2. Larger customers are provided with direct access to a BT Customer Service Manager (CSM) who will know of the services you use on the RIDE platform. If you have access to a CSM, please call them now.
  3. Agile Media customers should contact their service desk on 0800 731 3050.
  4. The general contact number for BT's Inbound Services Technical Centre is: 0808 100 3769. Do not select one of the options but allow yourself to be connected to the default option. 
  5. All faults must be reported immediately to BT's Inbound Fault Reporting Point on 0800 110011. Password re-sets should be performed by your in-house administrator.
  6. General enquiries about the products available on the RIDE platform can be obtained from your BT Account Manager

The RIDE Service Provider User Guide (SPUG) explains all aspects of the RIDE platform common to all products.  E.g. passwords, browser configuration, user administration, common reports etc. 

 

The product specific Service Provider User Guides explain all the additional details which are pertinent to that product.
